Kudos collects your customers' feedback on every Ticket, lets your team recognise each other and turns both into Points for Rewards. It is built for MSPs on Autotask.
How it works
- Your Ticket emails carry a Rating Snippet: three smileys. A Contact clicks one to rate the Ticket, optionally with a comment.
- Kudos checks the Rating with Autotask and credits it to the person who worked on the Ticket.
- Managers follow up on Negative Ratings and see CSAT reports for their Teams and Customers.
- Members give each other Recognitions with Badges, earn Points from Positive Ratings and Recognitions, and spend them on Rewards.
Roles
| Role | Who | Guide |
|---|---|---|
| Member | Everyone who signs in: techs, office staff | Guide for Members |
| Manager | Team leads: sees Ratings and reports | Guide for Managers |
| Admin | Sets up Kudos, manages Members and Rewards | Guide for Admins |
Contacts, the people at your customers, never sign in; they only click the smileys.
